Each month a local chef will challenge our readers to create a recipe using key ingredients provided by them.  You can add to the list of ingredients, but you can’t take away.  We ask that you post your recipe here & at the end of the month the Chef will select a winner.  The Winning Dish will be featured on that Chefs special menu one night.  January’s Chef Challenge is brought to you by…
